How do I personalise my order?
Each product on our website will have a customisation section where you can type in the unique personalisation you require.
Can I return an order?
As all orders are custom made to order, they're therefore non-refundable

Upon dispatch of your order, you will receive a tracking number which you can use to track your order in real time.

What if my order arrives damaged?
If you order arrives damaged, send us a email/message with images showing the damaged product and a replacements will be sent out to you
